Our Advanced Weight Loss Programme contains everything you need to start losing weight with Herbalife. Drink two shakes a day in your favourite Formula 1 Shake flavour and boost your intake of essential vitamins and minerals with Formula 2 multivitamin complex tablets. The Instant Herbal Beverage is better than normal tea and coffee and can helps to boost your energy levels. (The 50g pot provides approx one to two cup per day.) For weight-loss, the daily routine is simple:

  • Replace two meals with healthy Formula 1 Shake shakes in your favourite flavour.
  • One balanced main meal (either lunch OR dinner).
  • Two healthy snacks (ideally vegetable, fruit, cottage cheese, one of our Protein Bars, or a cup of Gourmet Tomato Soup.
  • Boost your intake of essential nutrients with Formula 2 multivitamin tablets three times a day.
  • At least two litres of water per day.
  • Exercise three or more times a week (at your own level).
